If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Baltic Lures, for any reason,
we will refund the full purchase price or replace it with a new one.
Simply return the product (postage paid), and we will promptly make an exchange or refund.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Baltic Lures. For more information on returns, see our

We also offer a one time return program for customers who, in all likelihood, are satisfied with our products.
If your Baltic Lure has been damaged by the teeth of a large predator and you would like to receive a new one,
please return the lure, a photo of the fish and a letter describing the catch,
and we will gladly exchange the damaged lure for a new one.
We do ask that if you return a lure damaged in this manner, you allow us to post the photo and story on our website.
We also must limit this program to one lure per customer.
