Fall Fishing

Posted on 10/15/2009

Early fall fishing has been excellent along the mid-Texas coast.
Reds hitting on brass spoons, trout connecting on stainless and tiger paint spoons.
Look at the Murzis for a new style of double-jointed lure.

Tired of soft plastics?
Try some hard metal from Baltic Lures!
Use Baltic Blade spoons from Baltic Lures for all your saltwater fishing.

For speckled trout, early morning is best with topwaters, like our red/white popper.

Trailing a small treble hook with a red or yellow bucktail 4-6 inches behind a spoon really gets the attention of specks! Tie it on with 12 or 14 pound mono, using split rings and barrel swivels.

Have any tackle techniques you would like to share?
Send us a email, and we will post it here!
